采用种子乳液聚合方法在聚丁二烯(PB)上接枝苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN)单体,合成了一系列不同核壳比的ABS改性剂,将其与氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)熔融共混制得CPVC/ABS共混物,研究了ABS核壳比对CPVC/ABS共混物结构与性能的影响。动态力学分析结果表明:CPVC与接枝SAN不相容;扫描电子显微镜发现:ABS3在CPVC基体中分散最好,而ABS1和ABS5都有不同程度的聚集;力学测试显示:CPVC/ABS共混物的冲击性能随核壳比增大先增加后减小,拉伸强度并无明显变化。
A series of ABS modifiers with different core / shell ratios were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization of styrene (St) and acrylonitrile (AN) onto polybutadiene (PB) CPVC / CPVC blends to prepare CPVC / ABS blends. The effects of core-shell ratio of ABS on the structure and properties of CPVC / ABS blends were studied. Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that CPVC was incompatible with grafted SAN. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that ABS3 was best dispersed in the matrix of CPVC and ABS1 and ABS5 had different degrees of aggregation. Mechanical tests showed that CPVC / ABS blends The impact properties increase first and then decrease with the increase of core-shell ratio, and the tensile strength has no obvious change.
