目的观察小儿高热惊厥护理工作中应用健康教育的临床效果。方法选取医院儿科收治的88例高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组基于常规护理进行全面的健康护理教育。观察2组患儿惊厥消失时间、退热时间,并对患儿家长治疗期间焦虑评分,出院随访了解患儿高热惊厥复发情况。结果观察组惊厥消失时间和退热时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组家长的焦虑评分更低,而护理满意度则高(P均<0.05)。观察组患儿1年内惊厥复发率为11.36%,低于对照组的29.55%(P<0.05)。结论小儿高热惊厥护理工作中,对家长实行全面的健康教育,能缓解家长紧张、不安情绪,加快患儿高热和惊厥症状的好转,减少复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying health education in the care of children with febrile seizures. Methods Eighty-eight children with concussion-induced convulsion admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. The control group to take routine care, observation group based on routine care for a comprehensive health education. Observe the disappearance time of convulsions and the antipyretic time in the two groups, and the anxiety scores of the parents during the treatment were followed-up to understand the recurrence of febrile seizures in children. Results The disappearance time and withdrawal time of convulsion in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with control group, parents in observation group had lower anxiety score and nursing satisfaction (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of convulsions in observation group was 11.36% in one year, which was lower than that in control group (29.55%, P <0.05). Conclusion In children with febrile seizures, comprehensive health education for parents can alleviate the anxiety and anxiety of parents, speed up the improvement of symptoms of fever and convulsion in children, and reduce the recurrence rate.
