上海船舶设备研究所于1981年在国内首先研制成功CSDY1型射流管电液伺服阀,它的突出优点是抗污染能力强、寿命长、稳定可靠,为提高电液伺服控制系统的可靠性创造了条件。在样机研制过程中,遇到了结构性能、加工和焊接工艺以及装配调试等方面的大量技术难关,经过反复试验研究,不断提高改进,终于研制出符合设计指标的一批鉴定样机和试用品。目前的一批试用品有额定流量为8、15、30l/min三种规格,已分别在船舶和陆地设备上开始试用。本文对CSDY1型射流管电液伺服阀的结构原理、优缺点、实验结果进行介绍。
In 1981, Shanghai Shipbuilding Equipment Research Institute firstly developed the CSDY1 jet pipe electrohydraulic servo valve in China. In the prototype development process, encountered a lot of technical difficulties in the structural performance, processing and welding technology and assembly and commissioning, after repeated experimental studies, continuous improvement and improvement, finally developed a number of qualified prototypes and trial products that meet the design specifications. The current batch of trial products have rated flow rate of 8,15,30 l / min three specifications, have been in the ship and land equipment, respectively, to start trial. In this paper, the structural principle, advantages and disadvantages, and experimental results of CSDY1 jet pipe electro-hydraulic servo valve are introduced.
