目的 探讨脑囊虫病患者治疗前后大脑功能和病理形态学改变。方法 对 4 82例脑囊虫病患者治疗前后异常的脑电图和CT结果进行动态观察。结果 脑囊虫病患者在经过 2～ 5个疗程的抗囊治疗后 ,临床治愈 4 2 8例和显著好转 5 4例患者中 ,异常脑电图转为正常 373例 ,明显好转 84例 ;CT检查有 35 4例低密度影消失 ,12 8例转化为钙化点或钙化斑。结论 脑囊虫病患者经过抗囊治疗后 ,异常脑功能和病理形态改变可以逐渐恢复 ,但部分患者遗留有钙化灶
Objective To investigate the changes of brain function and pathomorphology in patients with cysticercosis before and after treatment. Methods Four hundred and seventy-two patients with cerebral cysticercosis before and after treatment were analyzed by EEG and CT. Results After cysticercosis of 2 to 5 courses of anti-cysticercosis, 423 cases of clinical cure and 54 cases of improvement were significantly improved, 373 cases were abnormal EEG, 84 cases were obviously improved; CT examination had 35 4 cases of low density disappeared, 12 8 cases into calcification or calcified plaque. Conclusion After cysticercosis patients with cysticercosis, abnormal brain function and pathological changes can be gradually restored, but some patients left with calcification
