本文研究了钢构架悬吊锅炉的动力特性和地震反应,其主要内容为:1.测量了60万千瓦锅炉构架的动力特性,得到了第一、二、三阶振动周期,振型和阻尼值。2.用有限元法计算了60万千瓦锅炉构架的空间动力特性和地震反应。3.给出了悬吊锅炉抗震设计简化分析方法,用该方法计算了60万千瓦锅炉的动力特性和地震反应。用两种方法算得的周期和振型与实测结果基本上吻合;用两种方法算得的地震反应也基本上一致。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of a steel frame suspended boiler are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1. The dynamic characteristics of a 600,000-kilowatt boiler frame are measured, and the first, second, and third-order vibration cycles, mode shapes, and damping values are obtained. . 2. Using the finite element method to calculate the spatial dynamic characteristics and seismic response of a 600,000 kilowatt boiler frame. 3. A simplified analysis method for the seismic design of a suspended boiler is given. The dynamic characteristics and seismic response of a 600,000 kilowatt boiler are calculated using this method. The period and mode shapes calculated by the two methods are basically consistent with the measured results; the seismic responses calculated by the two methods are basically the same.
