Comrade Ruan Xueke (1914 ~ 1975) was a former manager of the Chinese pharmaceutical company, deputy director of the Ministry of Commerce Medical Bureau, and served as executive director of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission and so on. He was born in Ruanjiaying Village of Midu County (Xiangyun County) in September 1914, and was educated as the first provincial normal school in Yunnan Province.
