我国的刑事庭前审查程序存在一些缺陷,在借鉴外国的刑事庭前审查程序的基础上,我国未来刑事庭前审查程序应做如下完善:保证刑事庭前审查程序的独立性;保证效率;借鉴国外刑事庭前审查制度的系统性及严谨性。
