目的了解遭受医院暴力护士对医院暴力的原因认识,为制订预防医院暴力干预措施提供依据。方法运用质性研究中现象学的研究方法,对遭受过医院暴力的17名护士进行深度访谈。结果医院暴力事件发生原因主要为患者对护理工作的不理解、护士的业务能力不足、护理人员配备不足、患者的经济状况制约、部门之间沟通不及时、护患之间信任缺失、患者对治疗效果期望值过高。结论医院应重视医院暴力事件,及时明确暴力事件的发生原因,针对原因制订相应的预防措施,减少或控制暴力事件发生,降低医院暴力对护士造成的伤害。
Objective To understand the causes of violent violence suffered by hospital nurses in hospitals and provide the basis for the formulation of preventive interventions for hospital violence. Methods Using the phenomenological methods of qualitative research, we conducted in-depth interviews with 17 nurses who had suffered from hospital violence. Results The main causes of hospital violence were patients ’misunderstanding of nursing work, lack of nurses’ professional ability, lack of nursing staff, restriction of economic status of patients, lack of timely communication between departments, lack of trust between nurses and patients, The effect of expectations is too high. Conclusion The hospital should pay more attention to the violent incidents in hospitals and identify the causes of the violent incidents in time. It should also formulate appropriate preventive measures to reduce or control the occurrence of violence and reduce the harm to nurses caused by hospital violence.
