论法学本科“两型四化”实践教学模式建构——以湖南师范大学法学院实践教学探索为例

在全面推进依法治国的大背景下,培养高素质的法律专门人才成为了法学院系的时代责任。然而,传统法学教育侧重法律知识的传授和理解,缺乏对法律思维和实践能力的训练。近年来,湖南师范大学法学院对法学专业实践教学模式进行了探索和研究,逐步形成了“两型四化”法学实践教学培养模式,即以复合型、应用型人才培养为目标定位,通过构建课程体系科学化、教学手段多元化、师资结构复合化、实践环节实战化的运行框架,全方位训练学生法律思维,打造专业能力与职业素养于一体的法律职业人才培养模式。在理论研究、课程改革、学生法律职业能力训练等方面取得了丰硕的成果,有效促进了人才培养质量的提升与学科建设的发展。 Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, cultivating high-caliber legal specialists has become the responsibility of the times in the department of law. However, traditional legal education focuses on imparting and understanding legal knowledge and lacks training in legal thinking and practical ability. In recent years, Hunan Normal University Law School explores and studies the practical teaching mode of law major and gradually forms a training mode of “two types and four levels” of law practice teaching, which aims at the orientation of compound and applied talents training, Through the construction of a scientific curriculum system, diversification of teaching methods, the composite structure of teachers, practical aspects of combat operational framework, all-round training of students legal thinking, to create professional ability and professionalism in one legal occupation training model. In the theoretical research, curriculum reform, students’ legal professional ability training has achieved fruitful results, effectively promoted the quality of personnel training and discipline development.
