近年来,异位妊娠的保守治疗成为人们研究的热点,异位妊娠的保守治疗方法有药物治疗及腹腔镜下保守治疗,诸多药物中以氨甲喋呤(MTX)效果最佳,我院门诊选择未破裂异位妊娠患者18例,用MTX进行治疗、观察。报道如下:1 材料和方法1·1 临床资料 1996年9月～1997年3月,来我院门诊就诊,按诊断标准确诊为异位妊娠(未破者),同时具备以下条件者:①血hCG值增高;②B超提示宫腔内未见妊娠囊,附件包块直径>3.5cm,无胎心;③病情稳定,无活动性出血;④无肝、肾功能不全、急性炎症、传染病等共18例。1·2 方法 确诊后查血、尿常规,肝、肾功能无异常者,采用MTX单次肌肉注射,剂量为1mg/kg,甲酰四氢叶酸钙备用解
