1980年10月我们参加第三批援尼日尔医疗队的工作。从1980年11月至1982年7月我们在尼日尔玛腊迪省住院中心内科共收治脑型疟疾(下称脑疟)32例,对符合下例三项条件的26例作总结分析:①有疟疾发作的临床症状;②呈现不同程度的意识障碍、昏迷、嗜睡、抽搐等症状并可除外其他原因所致;③周围血片(厚片)染色镜检疟原虫阳性。还有6例虽符合①②两项,但血片疟原虫检查阴性,故未列入内。
In October 1980, we participated in the third batch of aid medical teams to Niger. From November 1980 to July 1982, we conducted a total of 32 cases of cerebral malaria (hereinafter referred to as cerebral malaria) in the department of internal medicine in the department of madi prefecture niger. From January 1980 to July 1982, we summarized the analysis of 26 cases meeting the following three conditions: Malaria episodes of clinical symptoms; ② showed varying degrees of disturbance of consciousness, coma, lethargy, convulsions and other symptoms and may be caused by other causes; ③ peripheral blood film (slab) staining of Plasmodium positive. There are 6 cases in line with ① ② two, but the blood test negative for Plasmodium, it is not included.
