钢铁局一月份五种主要产品均完成了计划。其中铁矿石完成计划101％,生铁100.9％,钢102.1％(其中平炉钢103.4％,电炉钢101.3％,转炉钢102％),钢压延品102.9％冶金焦101％。完成计划的原因有几下几点:(一)学习和推广了苏联先进经验:天津钢厂推行平炉快速炼钢法,缩短了熔炼时间,全月较计划缩短炉数占全部炉数74％左右;推行厚层烧补炉底法后,缩减了修理时间。上钢一厂改善天车调度,创造了日产136炉的新纪录。
The Iron and Steel Authority completed its plans in January for all five major products. 101% of which are iron ore completion plans, 100.9% pig iron, 102.1% steel (including 103.4% open hearth steel, 101.3% electric furnace steel and 102% converter steel) and 102.9% metallurgical coke from steel calender products.
