既学英语又学科技月月有奖年评大奖--本刊举办《科普英语翻译竞赛》--为提高我国初中学生阅读科普英语的能力和中考英语的应试能力,本刊初中版自2000年8月起,举办一年一届的《科普英语翻译竞赛》,本届起止时间是2004年7月至2005年6月,竞赛内容选编自美、英、加拿大等英语国家的书、刊、报,既有科学内容和时代感,又适合(略高于)我国中学生的英语水平。竞赛办法:将右上角的参赛标志随译文寄到本刊编辑部,并注明姓名、学校、班级、邮编,下下一期公布获奖名
