实验研究了利用大功率CO_2激光器对486Q汽油机凸轮轴表面实行硬化处理的可行性.试验的结果表明,凸轮轴表面硬化均匀,变形极小,并且具有良好的耐磨性,有广泛的实用价值.
The feasibility of hardening the camshaft surface of 486Q gasoline engine by using high power CO_2 laser was experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the camshaft has the advantages of even surface hardening, minimal deformation, good wear resistance and wide practical value.
