这次会议的主要任务是进一步贯彻邓小平同志关于科学技术是第一生产力的指示精神,总结和推广包钢和长沙矿冶研究院包头红矿攻关、生产技术改造的经验,表彰为攻关做出突出贡献的单位和个人;深入贯彻邓小平同志南巡讲话和江泽民同志在中央高级党校讲话的精神,深化科技体制改革,推动冶金矿山技术水平上一个新台阶。
The main task of this meeting is to further implement Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s directive on science and technology as the primary productive force, summarize and promote Baotou Steel and Changsha Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute Baotouhong mine research, production and technological transformation of the experience, to highlight the key points for the study Contributing units and individuals; thoroughly implement Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s speech in the southern tour and Comrade Jiang Zemin’s speech at the Central High School, deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system, and promote the technical level of the metallurgical mine to a new level.
