Secretary science is a branch of the science of administration that has been around for many years abroad and has also been recognized as an independent discipline. Secretary learning was born along with the birth of administration. The term “administration” first appeared in the book “Administration” by German scholar Stein. However, the concept of being an independent science first appeared in the United States. 1887 American statesman Wilson (1856 ~ 1924) published a “study of administration” article, is considered to be the beginning of administrative research.
