对30例恒牙早期上颌前突矫治前的模型和X线头影测置值与正常(牙合)均值作统计学比较,定量分析了上颌前突组的特征和畸形形成的机制。模型测量采用立体摄影测量系统,其主要异常有牙齿大,牙量>骨量;上牙弓长度的增加明显大于下牙弓长度的增加,上后牙弓宽度减小;Spee曲线弯曲;前牙深覆盖、(牙合),上中切牙凸距加大,上中切牙交角减小。畸形形成的机制是上下颌牙在长、宽、离三向不调所致,并提出几项矫治原则和方法。
The characteristics of the maxillary protrusion group and the mechanism of deformity were quantitatively analyzed in 30 cases of maxillary protrusion process and the average value of occlusion before correction.
