目的:探究分级分区管理模式在急诊输液安全护理中的实施效果。方法:温州医科大学附属第二医院自2013年8月开始在急诊输液安全护理中应用分级分区管理模式,从实施分级分区管理模式前后收治的患者中各随机选取460例作为研究对象。比较分析实施前后输液意外事件发生率、患者对护理工作的满意度及护士对管理模式的认可度。结果:实施之后输液意外事件的发生率较之前有了明显降低,患者对护理工作的满意度较之前明显提高,且护士对管理模式的认可度也得到大幅度提升(P<0.05)。结果:在急诊输液安全护理中应用分级分区管理模式能够有效降低输液意外事件的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of grading and partitioning management mode in emergency infusion safety nursing. Methods: The Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from August 2013 began to apply graded zoning management mode in emergency infusion safety nursing. From the 460 patients who were treated before and after the graded zoning management mode were randomly selected as the research object. The incidence of infusion accidents before and after the implementation was compared and analyzed. The patients ’satisfaction with the nursing work and nurses’ approval of the management mode were compared. Results: After the implementation, the incidence of transfusion accidents was significantly lower than before. Patients ’satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher than before. Nurses’ approval of management mode was significantly improved (P <0.05). Results: The application of hierarchical zoning management in emergency infusion safety nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of infusion accidents and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
