Ⅱ型糖尿病102例,常规治疗50例作对照组,52例在常规治疗的基础上加PSS100毫克/日静滴为治疗组。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,对照组66%(P<0.01)。轻、中型患者治疗前后血糖、血脂比较,治疗组差异非常显著(P<0.01),对照组血糖有显著差异(P<0.05)而血脂差异无显著性,两组间对照差异非常显著(P<0.01),治疗组未见明显副反应。本文认为PSS辅助治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖下降快而显著,且同时降低血脂,减少并发症。
102 cases of type II diabetes mellitus, 50 cases of conventional treatment as control group, 52 cases on the basis of conventional treatment plus PSS100 mg / day intravenous infusion for the treatment group. Results: The total effective rate was 98% in the treatment group and 66% in the control group (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the blood fat between the two groups (P < 0.01), no obvious side effects in the treatment group. This paper argues that PSS adjuvant treatment of type 2 diabetes, blood glucose decreased quickly and significantly, and at the same time lower blood lipids and reduce complications.
