随着网购、电视购物的流行,新型购物模式越来越受到消费者的喜爱。与此同时,不断产生的消费纠纷也呈愈演愈烈的趋势。在这种情况下,2013年修订的《消费者权益保护法》(以下简称《消法》)将反悔权合法化,确定了消费者的权利。本文在分析我国反悔权制度的缺陷的基础上,提出相应的解决对策,以期完善反悔权制度,保障消费者权益,净化交易环境。
With the popularity of online shopping and TV shopping, new shopping modes have become more and more popular with consumers. In the meantime, consumer disputes that are constantly arising are also showing an increasing trend. Under such circumstances, the “Consumer Protection Law” (hereinafter referred to as “Consumer Law”), revised in 2013, legitimized the right of remorse and established the rights of consumers. Based on the analysis of the defects of the system of regret right in our country, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the regime of regret right, protect the rights and interests of consumers and purify the trading environment.
