通过分析用于滚动轴承状态监测的共振解调技术 ,发现由于滚动轴承不同元件的故障特征频率不同 ,因此用共振解调技术对滚动轴承进行状态监测时就需要具有不同中心频率的带通滤波器 ,使得检测线路及设备过于复杂。而小波分析技术仅通过采用不同的尺度因子 ,即可实现具有不同中心频率和带宽的带通滤波器 ,可以对振动信号在不同的频率范围内进行分析 ,刚好可以弥补上述方法的不足。文中给出了用小波分析技术对滚动轴承状态监测所得振动信号进行分析的一个例子。
By analyzing the resonant demodulation technology used in the condition monitoring of rolling bearings, it is found that the resonant demodulation technique needs the band-pass filters with different center frequencies to perform the condition monitoring of the rolling bearing due to the different characteristic frequencies of the fault of the rolling bearing. Lines and equipment are too complicated. However, the wavelet analysis technique can realize band-pass filters with different center frequencies and bandwidths only by adopting different scale factors, and can analyze the vibration signals in different frequency ranges just to make up for the shortcomings of the above methods. An example of analyzing vibration signal of rolling bearing condition monitoring by wavelet analysis is given in this paper.
