在现生产中,发动机全功率出厂的磨合时间对于不同的机型是有差异的,在确保良好的磨合又能紧缩磨合时间是提高经济效益的一项有效措施。本文对6120型柴油机在生产中全功率出厂的磨合时间进行了研究。试验中对不同的缸套网纹、活塞环型面,润滑油牌号、磨合规范分别进行了选配试验,并逐一介绍各组磨合试验结果。评定发动机磨合效果的主要项目通常是,发动机各项性能指标、活塞环漏气量、润滑油中含铁量、缸套内表面与活塞环外圆面的磨合情况等。根据现有条件,在6120型柴油机全功率出厂磨合时间的试验研究中采用了不同的缸套网纹、活塞环型面、润滑油牌号以及不同的磨合规范,并把这几个变动因素进行了组合试验。
