在当今信息社会,解决弱势群体的信息获取保障问题已是刻不容缓之事。文章基于对农民工、下岗工人、空巢老人、少年儿童和残疾人这5类弱势群体的信息需求调查,分析了确立弱势群体信息获取保障范围和内容的意义和影响因素,针对各类弱势群体的信息需求,全面、系统地提出了相应的信息获取保障范围和内容。
In today’s information society, it is an urgent matter to solve the problem of ensuring access to information for vulnerable groups. Based on the survey of information needs of five vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, laid-off workers, empty-nesters, children and disabled people, the paper analyzes the significance and influential factors of establishing the scope and content of information access for disadvantaged groups, Of the information needs, comprehensively and systematically put forward the corresponding information access guarantee scope and content.
