In this study, we evaluated two in vitro fertilization (IVF) regimens, first with human menopausal gonadotrophin (hMG) plus follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and then with FSH alone to observe different regimens of ovarian response and Pre-embryo characteristics. The first IVF treatment was given to 96 women who were not pregnant after hMG + FSH and only used FSH when they were on their next cycle of treatment.
