一、概况武钢烧结厂一烧车间3号、4号系列除尘管道,于1986年12月至1987年元月进行大修,拆除、制作和安装各种规格尺寸的管道约560米,消耗各种钢材130吨;施工现场环境复杂,平面位置窄小,多层次作业,多数除尘管道为高空施工;而且工期短、时间紧、3号与4号机开工至交付生产间隔时间只9天,给施工带来很多困难;尤其是穿越冷却间厂房的大口径(Φ1620毫米)除尘管道拆除安装工作更是不利于吊装。为搞好这次除尘管道的拆除和安装施工,在制定的多种方案中,筛选出一种合理方案,即“同步吊装法”,确保了工期的完成。本总结期望能对今后类似于这种除尘管道的大修工作起到借鉴作用。
I. Overview of the No. 3 and No. 4 series of dust removal pipelines in the No. 3 and No. 4 sintering plant of Wuhan Iron & Steel Sintering Plant. Major repairs were carried out from December 1986 to January 1987. The pipelines of various specifications and dimensions were removed, manufactured and installed, and consumed various steel materials. 130 tons; complex construction site, narrow plane location, multi-level operation, most dust removal pipelines for high-altitude construction; and short construction period, tight schedule, the start of production of No. 3 and No. 4 machines to production delivery time is only 9 days, to the construction belt There are many difficulties; in particular, the removal and installation of large-diameter (Φ1620 mm) dust-removing pipes through the cooling room building is not conducive to lifting. In order to do a good job in the demolition and installation of the dust removal pipeline, a rational scheme was selected among various schemes formulated, namely the “synchronous lifting method” to ensure the completion of the construction period. This summary expects to serve as a reference for future overhaul work similar to this type of dust removal pipeline.
