在整个建筑施工管理工作当中,工程施工管理是基础,因此,其管理过程相对十分复杂。近几年,由于国家对工程管理提出了更高的要求,特别是工民建工程施工管理成为研究的焦点问题。本文主要对工民建施工存在的诸多问题进行了深入的探讨,进而找出影响工民建施工质量的各种因素,并且又提出了多种关于工民建工程施工管理的对策,希望对今后的工民建施工的质量控制产生一些积极影响。
