Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of anovulatory infertility, its etiology and pathogenesis is unclear. Due to its obvious familial aggregation, it is thought that the pathogenesis is related to genetic factors and is caused by the interaction between some pathogenic genes and environmental factors. These pathogenic genes are involved in the biosynthesis and metabolism of (?) Somatic hormones, the function and regulation of gonadotrophins, the regulation of certain links in obesity and energy regulation and insulin action. Gene mutations in these regulatory links lead to a series of abnormalities leading to the development of PCOS. Tip PCOS gene mutation is the result of the interaction with environmental factors
