本文介绍了国内外关于甲醇生产的发展状况,并且分析了煤气化和天然气蒸汽转化的技术,对甲醇装置方案在设计中进行了优化组合,在技术方案研究设计过程中,为了提高产品的竞争力、达到节能减排的目的,将煤气化和天然气转化2种技术进行有机的结合。并根据原料的特点,对整个装置进行模拟计算,优化合成气的配比,并且减少了二氧化碳排放,从而使整个的流程更有利于节能,开辟了能源综合利用的新思路,具有十分重要的现实意义。
