目的:为了解盂县农村食品卫生质量的大体情况,找出影响食品质量安全的主要原因。方法:盂县食品药品监督管理局就对盂县农村食品进行抽查,每次抽查30件,其中包括蒸馏酒5件、豆制品5件、奶制品5件、食用植物油5件、肉制品5件、水产品5件,共抽查12次。按节气分四个季节,每个节气抽检一遍。从2010年开始到2012年,共抽查3年。结果:在每个季度抽检的30件食品中合格率都能够达到85%以上。结论:影响盂县农村的食品卫生质量的原因是多方面的,我们要从食品的生产根源和运输销售等多方面加强监管,让广大的盂县农村人民群众吃上放心的安全食品。
Objective: In order to understand the general situation of rural food hygiene quality in Yuxian County, find out the main reasons that affect food quality and safety. Methods: Yuxian County Food and Drug Administration on Yuxian rural food spot checks, each spot checks 30, including distilled spirits 5, 5 soy products, 5 dairy products, 5 edible vegetable oil, meat products 5 , Aquatic products 5, a total of 12 random checks. According to solar terms in four seasons, each solar term sampling again. From 2010 to 2012, a total of three years spot checks. Results: The pass rate for each of the 30 samples sampled during each quarter was 85% or more. Conclusion: There are many reasons that affect the quality of food hygiene in Yuxian rural areas. We need to step up supervision from the root causes of food production and transportation and sales so that vast masses of people in rural Yuxian County can eat safe and secure foods.
