煤矿企业是个经济实体,它的中心任务是要全面完成和超额完成国家计划,提高经济效益.因此,要完成这个任务就要不断地提高劳动生产率,这是发展煤炭工业生产的根本途径.众所周知,到本世纪末我国国民经济工农业总产值翻两番,煤炭工业是关键因素之一.因为煤炭是重要的能源,而能源问题是一个带战略性的问题.工业生产发展的快慢,在很大程度上要看能源问题解决的如何.所以,不断提高煤矿企业的劳动生产率,对于发展煤炭工业生产,适应四个现代化建设的需要,有着极其重要的意义.
