在新的历史时期,怎样当好一名优秀的语文教师,是一个值得探讨的课题。教学实践告诉我们:语文教师在业务上应当是一个有特殊能力的人;对生活应当是特别热爱的人。所谓特殊能力,是指具有广博的知识和高超的授课艺术。首先,语文教师要学习教育学、心理学、教材教法;在专业知识方面,语法、修辞、逻辑、文学、词汇、音韵、写作等等都是非学好不可的。其次,与语文课有关的知识,如历史、地理、哲学、美学、政治经济学,这些也是必须学习的。
In the new historical period, how to be a good language teacher is a subject worth exploring. Teaching practice tells us: Chinese teachers in the business should be a person with special abilities; life should be a special love of people. The so-called special abilities, refers to a wide range of knowledge and superb teaching art. First of all, language teachers should study pedagogy, psychology, teaching materials and methods. In terms of professional knowledge, grammar, rhetoric, logic, literature, vocabulary, phonology, writing and so on are all non-learned. Second, knowledge related to Chinese classes, such as history, geography, philosophy, aesthetics, and political economy, must also be learned.
