通过计算汾河流域在不同保证率下的生态基流需要量并对流域上中下游分区的水量平衡进行分析,建立一个基于生态基流目标控制的汾河流域水资源生态修复补偿方式。研究显示:汾河流域的生态基流无法得到满足,特别是在极端气候发生时,需要补偿的水量巨大,并据此建议了补偿水量的来源,计算了相应的工程费用和运行费用。
By calculating the ecological base flow requirement of Fenhe River Basin under different guaranteed rates and analyzing the water balance of middle and lower reaches of the basin, a compensation method of ecological restoration of water resources in Fenhe River Basin based on the control of ecological base flow was established. The research shows that the ecological basins in Fenhe River Basin can not be satisfied, especially when the extreme climate occurs, the amount of water that needs to be compensated is huge. Based on this, it is suggested that the sources of compensation water be calculated and the corresponding engineering costs and operating costs are calculated.
