目的:测定不同炮制品及地区厚朴中有效成分(厚朴酚与和厚朴酚)含量,进行考察,为制定厚朴的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法对不同炮制品及地区厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量进行测定。色谱柱Phenomsil C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(78∶22),流速1 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长294 nm.进样量10μL。结果:不同炮制品及地区的厚朴在有效成分含量上有一定差异。结论:该方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可以用来测定厚朴中有效成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of honokiol and honokiol in different processed products and Magnolia officinalis, and to provide basis for the quality standard of Magnolia officinalis. Methods: The contents of honokiol and honokiol in Magnolia officinalis from different processed products and areas were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-water (78:22) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 on a Phenocolll C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 294 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results: Magnolia officinalis in different processed products and areas have some differences in the active ingredients. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and effective in separation and can be used to determine the content of active ingredients in Magnolia officinalis.
