将含干物质4%的黄陈酒酒糟用胶体磨磨细,用过滤出的浆液代替部分原料生产苏云金杆菌。本研究共选5个配方,以不加酒糟的配方为对照,对苏云金杆菌(HD-1)进行摇瓶培养试验。25小时后开始镜检计数,发现用酒糟的配方比原配方总干物质减少30%左右;单位含菌量各处理间相差1—6亿/毫升;原料细度与菌体发育、单位含菌量、发酵周期有一定的相关性。生物测定表明,酒糟代料生产的菌剂毒力与对照无明显差异。
