中老年人骨折的基本影响因素有两个:1.骨质疏松,骨的强度降低;2.由于衰老,骨关节灵活性降低,加之不注意体育活动,骨关节调节能力下降,跌伤的机会增多。因此,预防骨折,主要应从上述方面入手,主要做到以下几点。第一,向中老年人宣传预防骨折的意义,使其充分认识预防骨折的重要性,在日常生活中防范骨折的发生。第二,生活规律,休息充足,保持精力充沛,保持大脑对周围环境良好反应性。
There are two basic factors affecting the fracture in the elderly: 1. osteoporosis, decreased bone strength; 2. reduced flexibility of bone and joint due to aging, combined with neglect of physical activity, decreased ability to regulate bone and joint, chance of falling increase. Therefore, the prevention of fractures, mainly from the above aspects, mainly to do the following. First, to promote the significance of preventing fractures to the elderly, so that they fully understand the importance of prevention of fractures and prevent fractures in daily life. Second, the laws of life, adequate rest, stay energetic, and maintain good responsiveness of the brain to the surrounding environment.
