我在班主任的工作中发现,观察学生的言行,走进每个学生的内心世界,发现每个学生的性格特点,是班主任的一项工作。我认为,每个学生有着不同的自我认同程度,有自卑的、有自负的,当然还有自信的。因此,学生在学习生活中就存在差异。根据每个孩子自己的自我认同程度,有的放矢的心理辅导和能力训练,对学生的健康成长还是很必要的。
In my class teacher’s work, I found that observing students’ words and deeds, walking into the inner world of each student, and discovering the personality traits of each student are part of the class teacher’s task. I think each student has a different degree of self-identity, a sense of self-esteem, and of course self-confidence. Therefore, students are different in their study life. According to each child’s own degree of self-identity, targeted psychological counseling and ability training, the healthy growth of students is still very necessary.
