凉山州农村妇女赌博问题日渐严重,这给社会的健康、和谐发展带来诸多不确定因素。面对农村正处亟待加快发展以缩小与城镇差距且妇女又充当重要角色的关键时期,对凉山妇女赌博问题进行剖析并提出有针对性的治理农村妇女赌博措施十分重要。探讨表明,国家需要关注农村留守妇女问题、精神文明建设停滞及对赌博治理等问题,这利于治理农村妇女赌博问题。
The problem of gambling of rural women in Liangshan Prefecture is getting worse day by day, which brings many uncertainties to the healthy and harmonious development of society. Faced with the critical period in which the rural areas are in urgent need of accelerating development so as to narrow the gap with the cities and women play an important role, it is very important to analyze the problem of women’s gambling in Liangshan and propose targeted measures to control gambling in rural areas. The discussion shows that the state needs to pay attention to the issue of left-behind women in rural areas, the stagnation of spiritual civilization and the management of gambling, which is conducive to the governance of rural women’s gambling.
