我厂生产的主要产品是名种型号、規格的三通閘閥,在过去一直是用死芯骨造芯的。自从去年大跃进和增产节約运动以来大量的采用了活芯骨,采用这种方法造芯,不但保証了質量和提高了产量,而且节約了大量金属的消耗,从而使鑄件成品率大大提高,使我們今年第一、二季度成品率远远超过了全国鑄鍛沈質高产竞賽中規定的指标(成品率均超过80%以上)。这种方法現在又成功的用在潮型潮芯鑄造上,現在我們把这个經驗介紹出来,供大家参考。一、应用范围和芯骨重量到目前为止,这种造芯方法已应用在口径φ100~1000毫米的各种規格的平行閥、摆止閥、煤气閥以及截门等30余种鑄件上,鑄件輪廓尺寸160×180×188~800×780×900毫米。鑄件重量33~1200公斤。芯骨重量7.5~500公斤。
