目的了解某高中学生营养状况是否符合标准,发现问题并采取相应措施。方法按照《全国学生常见病防治综合方案》中营养评估参考标准规定,3年均在相同月份由执证专业人员进行检测。结果 2007、2008、2009年分别检测4 707、5 097、5 312名学生,体重达标率分别70.83%、71.57%和72.04%;身高达标率分别为74.57%、75.75%和76.36%。学生营养不良状况2007年轻、中和重度分别占总人数的4.67%、1.19%和0.08%;2008年分别占总人数的4.51%、1.08%和0.06%;2009年分别占总人数的4.24%、0.87%和0.04%;3年肥胖率分别为11.60%、12.48%和12.88%。结论该校学生体重、身高达标率呈逐年上升趋势,营养不良患病率呈逐年下降趋势,肥胖率呈逐年上升趋势;不达标主要原因是学生体重超标。应对学生加强营养知识教育,注意饮食结构,做到平衡膳食。
Objective To understand whether a high school student’s nutritional status meets the standards, identify problems and take corresponding measures. Methods According to the “National Comprehensive Program for the Prevention and Treatment of Common Diseases,” the nutrition assessment reference standards, 3 years in the same month by the licensed professional testing. Results In 2007, 2008 and 2009, 4 707, 5 097 and 5 312 students were detected. The weight-bearing rates were 70.83%, 71.57% and 72.04% respectively. The standard compliance rates were 74.57%, 75.75% and 76.36% respectively. Students malnutrition in 2007 accounted for 4.67%, 1.19% and 0.08% of the total number of light, moderate and severe respectively; in 2008 accounted for 4.51%, 1.08% and 0.06% of the total number respectively; in 2009 accounted for 4.24% of the total number, 0.87% and 0.04% respectively. The three-year obesity rates were 11.60%, 12.48% and 12.88% respectively. Conclusions The body weight and height compliance rate of the school students showed an upward trend year by year. The prevalence of malnutrition showed a downward trend year by year and the obesity rate showed an upward trend year by year. The main reason for the non-compliance was that the students were overweight. Students should strengthen the nutrition knowledge education, pay attention to the diet structure, to achieve a balanced diet.
