当前,边疆少数民族地区建立促进城乡一体化制度制度化应解决的首要问题是农村组织建设。本文密切结合边疆少数民族地区城乡一体化实际,运用相关理论方法,就其制度化关键农村组织建设进行了深入分析探讨。作者认为:进一步提高边疆少数民族地区农民组织化程度,加强农村组织建设,既是其城乡经济社会一体化发展制度化应解决的首要问题,又是社会主义市场经济的必然要求,也是解决三农问题的关键所在。
At present, the primary problem that should be solved in establishing the institutionalization of urban-rural integration in border areas inhabited by ethnic minorities is the construction of rural organizations.
