采用粉末冶金和轧制工艺制备不同掺镧方式的La-TZM合金,运用金相法、SEM和力学性能测试分别对其组织和性能进行研究,探讨La2O3和La(NO3)3两种掺镧方式对TZM合金力学强度及延伸率的影响机理。研究表明:La2O3-TZM合金抗拉强度为1057 MPa,延伸率为8.2%;La(NO3)3-TZM合金的抗拉强度为1202 MPa,延伸率为7.0%。La(NO3)3掺杂使合金组织内形成更加细小均匀的第二相,其断裂面为准解理断口,显著提高了TZM合金的强度,但对TZM合金的延伸率有一定的影响。
La-TZM alloys with different lanthanum were prepared by powder metallurgy and rolling process. The microstructure and properties of La-TZM alloy were investigated by metallographic method, SEM and mechanical properties test, respectively. The effects of lanthanum-doped La2O3 and La (NO3) Influence mechanism of mechanical strength and elongation of alloy. The results show that the tensile strength of La2O3-TZM alloy is 1057 MPa and the elongation is 8.2%. The tensile strength of La (NO3) 3-TZM alloy is 1202 MPa and the elongation is 7.0%. La (NO3) 3 doping makes the second microstructure become more fine and uniform in the microstructure, and the fracture surface is the quasi-cleavage fracture, which improves the strength of TZM alloy obviously, but has an influence on the elongation of TZM alloy.
