国网河北省电力公司充分总结过往经验,结合ERP系统运行现状,优化培训考试模式、推行持证上岗。工作覆盖了国网河北省电力公司范围内全部ERP系统用户,坚持“以考促学、以考促训、以学促用”的理念,建立了通报考核与先持证后上岗机制。本文基于优化培训考试的实践,提炼持证上岗考试全过程的典型经验。
State Grid Hebei Power Company fully summed up the past experience, combined with the status of ERP system operation, optimization of training and examination mode, the implementation of certificates. The work covers all ERP system users within the scope of Hebei Electric Power Company, adhering to the principle of “promoting examination by exams, promoting examination by training, promoting by learning”, and established the post-qualification and post-employment induction mechanism. Based on the practice of optimizing training examinations, this article extracts the typical experience of the whole process of exam preparation.
