住房公积金制度至成立以来,一直随着我国国情的变动而不断的进行整改,解决了多数人的购房压力。随着十八大三中全会的召开,对住房公积金制度制定了全新的要求,必须建立符合我国国情的住房保障和供应机制,保证住房公积金制度的公开规范化,对住房公积金的使用、监督和提取制度不断完善。现阶段,怎样更好的完善住房公积金制度成为了亟需解决的问题。文章通过对实际情况的了解,针对住房公积金使用途径问题做出了深入的研究分析。
Since the establishment of housing provident fund system, it has been continuously carrying out rectification and reform with the change of China’s national conditions and has solved the pressure of majority purchase. With the convening of the Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a new requirement has been set for housing provident fund system. Housing security and supply mechanism must be established in line with China’s national conditions so as to ensure the public standardization of housing provident fund system, the use, supervision and extraction of housing provident fund System continues to improve. At this stage, how to perfect the housing provident fund system has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through an understanding of the actual situation, the article makes an in-depth research and analysis on the ways of using housing provident fund.
