目的:探讨气囊压迫止血联合妈富隆在功能失调性子宫多量出血中的止血效果。方法:实验组:应用止血凝胶气囊于刮宫术后压迫宫腔24 h,同时口服妈富隆1片,每隔12h 1次,根据出血量递减1/3,血止后1片口服21 d;对照组:刮宫术后口服妈富隆2片,每隔12 h 1次,根据出血量递减1/3,血止后1片口服21 d。结果:实验组出血量明显减少,不良反应明显减轻。结论:气囊压迫止血联合妈富隆在功能失调性子宫多量出血中的止血效果明确,联合应用相得益彰。
Objective: To investigate the hemostatic effects of balloon compression hemostasis combined with Marvelon in dysfunctional uterine mass bleeding. Methods: In the experimental group, hemostatic gel balloon was applied to uterine cavity for 24 hours after curettage, and 1 piece of Marvelon was given once every 12 hours. According to the amount of hemorrhage decreasing 1/3, Control group: oral curettage oral Marvelon 2, once every 12 h, according to the amount of bleeding decreased by 1/3, 1 after oral administration of blood 21 d. Results: The experimental group significantly reduced the amount of bleeding, adverse reaction was significantly reduced. Conclusions: The hemostatic effect of balloon compression hemostasis combined with Marvelon in dysfunctional uterine mass bleeding is clear, and the combined application can complement each other.
