本文以伊犁州直属县市为个案,通过对州直部分地区哈萨克族中、小学的实地考察,了解哈萨克族教师、教育管理人员、学生及家长对实施哈、汉双语教育的态度及双语教育的现状,对于处在既要维护本民族文化传承又要适应主流社会生活这种双重境地中的哈萨克族寻求自身最大限度的发展,以及新时期新疆少数民族地区制定双语教育相关语言与文化政策等具有重要的现实意义。
This article takes the cities and counties directly under the jurisdiction of Yili as an example.
