目的:研究浮小麦与小麦的止汗作用以及其5-二十一烷基间苯二酚等化合物含量的差异。方法:以大鼠体重差值、大鼠足趾部位汗点数、大鼠足趾部位肉垫皮肤汗腺的空泡发生率为指标,观察浮小麦与小麦止汗作用的差异。采用HPLC法测定浮小麦与小麦中5-二十一烷基间苯二酚等化合物的含量,比较其含量差异。结果:浮小麦组大鼠体重减少值不显著,汗点数增加不显著,光镜下足趾汗腺导管扩张不明显,而小麦组大鼠体重显著减少,汗点数增多,光镜下大鼠足趾汗腺细胞发生明显空泡样变化,汗腺导管扩张明显。HPLC法测得浮小麦与小麦所含5-二十一烷基间苯二酚等化合物的含量有一定的差别。结论:浮小麦有明显的止汗作用,小麦止汗作用不明显。
Objective: To study the antiperspirant effect of floating wheat and wheat and the content of 5-henicosylresorcinol and other compounds. Methods: The differences of body weight, the number of sweat spots in rats’ toes and the incidence of vacuoles of sweat glands in the toe pads of rats were used as indexes to observe the antiperspirant effects of floating wheat and wheat. The HPLC method was used to determine the content of 5-undecylresorcinol and other compounds in floating wheat and wheat, and their contents were compared. Results: The weight loss of the floating wheat group was not significant, the increase of sweat points was not significant, the dilation of the duct of the sweat gland was not obvious under the light microscope, while the body weight of the wheat group was significantly reduced, the number of sweat spots increased, Sweat gland cells were significantly vacuolar changes, sweat duct dilatation obvious. HPLC method measured floating wheat and wheat contained 5-twenty-alkyl resorcinol and other compounds have some differences. Conclusion: Floating wheat has obvious antiperspirant effect, wheat antiperspirant effect is not obvious.
