本文通过葡萄糖氯化钠注射液对鲎试剂的灵敏度试验，确定了其对鲎试剂凝集有干扰作用，实验结果表明，采用稀释法可排除干扰，样品1：2稀释时．可选用标定灵敏度为0．25EU／ml的鲎试剂检测样品的细菌内毒素．该法可提高热原检查的效率和灵敏度．对实际工作具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, glucose and sodium chloride injection on the sensitivity of the test reagent to determine the interference of the reagent agglutination, the experimental results show that the use of dilution method can be ruled out interference when the sample 1: 2 dilution. Bacteria endotoxins may be assayed using the limulus reagent with a calibration sensitivity of 0.25 EU / ml. This method can improve the pyrogen test efficiency and sensitivity. The actual work has a certain reference value.
