加快内地开放是我国“全面提高开放型经济水平”的重大战略部署。重庆作为内陆地区唯一的直辖市,以五年前的全球金融危机为契机扩大对外开放,推动开放型经济快速发展,实力不断增强。本文通过分析重庆直辖以来内陆开放型经济发展的现状、做法及经验,进一步揭示出内陆地区加快开放型经济发展所面临的五大挑战,并从创新开放模式、创新开放制度、整合要素资源、统筹城乡开放和培育开放主体方面提出应对的建议。 Accelerating the opening up of the hinterland is a major strategic plan for our country to “comprehensively raise the level of the open economy.” As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in the hinterland, Chongqing, taking the global financial crisis five years ago as a turning point, has expanded its opening up to the outside world and promoted the rapid development of an open economy. By analyzing the current situation, practice and experience of the development of inland open economy in Chongqing since the municipality directly under the Central Government, this article further reveals the five major challenges that the inland areas face in accelerating the development of an open economy. From the perspective of innovation and opening up, innovation and opening up system, integration of elements and resources, Suggestions for coping with the opening up of urban and rural areas and fostering the opening up of the main body.
