目的:建立鼠药杀鼠酮和异杀鼠酮的离子阱质谱快速鉴定方法。方法:鼠药药饵经丙酮提取后,采用直接进样方式进行二级质谱的裂解,根据质谱分析三离子原则进行定性。结果:杀鼠酮和异杀鼠酮的二级质谱碎片具有较好的特征性和稳定性,母离子和子离子的关系清晰,杀鼠酮的定性离子对为m/z 229→172和m/z229→145,异杀鼠酮为m/z 229→145和m/z229→187,同时提出了适宜的杀鼠酮和异杀鼠酮的二级质谱裂解条件,阐明了杀鼠酮和异杀鼠酮的裂解机理。结论:本实验建立的方法简便,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid identification method for rat tragacanth and ketorolac by ion trap mass spectrometry. Methods: After the rat bait was extracted with acetone, the direct injection method was used to carry out the second-level mass spectrometry cleavage. The qualitative analysis was based on the principle of three-ion mass spectrometry. Results: The second-order MS fragments of naloxone and ibuprofen had good characteristics and stability. The relationship between precursor ions and daughter ions was clear. The qualitative ion pairs of naloxone were m / z 229 → 172 and m / z229 → 145, and imatinib at m / z 229 → 145 and m / z 229 → 187, respectively, Ketone ketone cleavage mechanism. Conclusion: The method of this experiment is simple and the result is accurate and reliable.
