我县农村土地承包纠纷仲裁委员会重新组建已一年多了,工作实践中,我们积极研究庭审技巧,注重仲裁实效,通过14起仲裁案件的审理,取得了良好的社会效益,对构建农村和谐社会起到了积极作用。同时,仲裁员通过案件审理的实际操作,增强了法理辨析和审理应变能力,提高了农经部门的权威。
